Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms looked more lit up than they actually were but were beautiful and big enough for friends to party. The service was top-notch, except for an incident of missing jewelry, and the hospitality suite on the 11th floor was a real treat. The location, right in the heart of Gaslamp, was superb despite some issues with odor and aging fixtures. The dining experience was heartening with a wide variety of choices. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! However, there was a bit of an issue with water leaking down and soaking my shoes. The location was perfect for exploring the downtown area, right across from the convention center and on the edge of the gas lamp district. The dining experience was heartening and filling, with a wide variety of choices, but the price didn't quite match the quality. The service was exceptional, with staff being exceptionally helpful and even offering complimentary water for my child who required formula.
The hotel room was a bit shabby and located on the 12th floor, which was really cold. However, the hotel's location in the Gaslamp Quarter was great for access to many great restaurants and bars. The service was awesome and extremely helpful, with the staff being professional and able to promptly address our needs. The dining was good with a decent selection, and the overall experience was very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has a superb location in the heart of the Gaslamp area, offering a wonderful downtown experience. The rooms were very clean and nice, providing a luxurious vibe. The service was top-notch, always friendly and attentive. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was simply perfect for our family of 3. The rooms were impeccable and ideal for us with dual TVs, one in the sitting room where I could hook up my MacBook easily. The service was very courteous and responsive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was great, putting us right in the middle of everything we wanted to explore, within walking distance of so much to do. The dining experience was just amazing, adding a delightful touch to our stay.
Celebrating my husband's birthday without the need for transportation was such a treat at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, although I encountered an issue upon arrival. The service exceeded our expectations, providing the Hard Rock experience we were looking for and more. The location was ideal for nightlife, with a bar offering plenty of seating and fire pits. Dining options were plentiful nearby, enhancing our stay with delicious daily meals. Although the hotel facilities were good overall, some areas need updating.
The service was exceptional, always prompt and helpful, including the virtual staff. The location is perfect in downtown San Diego, but getting there in a full-size truck can be a hassle due to the narrow streets. The dining options are heartening and fulfilling, although they can be pricey. The facilities are top-notch.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Gaslamp, steps away from the SD Convention Center and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The rooms, though a bit worn and dated, are fully stocked, very clean, and ideal for getting ready for special occasions like my wedding. The service at Float was exceptional and attentive, with key card checks ensuring a safe stay. The location near the trolley and various attractions makes it a fantastic spot to explore San Diego. The dining experience at MJ's was delicious and included gluten-free options. Overall, a great value for the amenities provided.
